Tom Malinowski and newcomer Goutam Jois are headed for a runoff at the Warren County Democratic convention. Both want to take on Rep. Leonard Lance.
Malinowski, the former Assistant U.S. Secretary of State in the Obama administration, received 33 votes, with Jois getting 14. Peter Jacob received 11.
Scott Salmon and Linda Weber tied with 8 votes each, and David Pringle received one vote.
