Hillside Council President Don DeAugustine is backing Nicholas Scutari for Union County Democratic Chairman.
“Senator Scutari is good for Hillside. He will fight for our cities and suburbs to unite us so that we all continue our singular mission– electing Democrats in the fall,” DeAugustine said. “Nick grew up with working class parents and put himself through college then went on to graduate school and law school. His profile in Trenton, fearless leadership in the face of right wing Republicans and roots in Union County and hard work is why I support Nick.”
DeAugustine, a member of the Democratic County Committee, is a two-term Council President and the council representative for the Eastern Millwright Regional Council, Local 715.
