Neptune Democratic Municipal Chairman James Mowczan has endorsed Josh Welle for the Democratic nomination for Congress in the 4th district.
“A congressional race is about the constituents, rather than the candidate. I have met Josh and spoken to him at length and believe he’s the candidate who will put the people of the 4th district before all else,” Mowczan said. He truly lives up to his goal of putting service over self, an I know our district will be safe and taken care of with him as our representative.
Welle must win a contested primary to get the chance to oppose nineteen-term Rep. Christopher Smith (R-Hamilton).
