Kean endorses Hugin

Senate Minority Leader Tom Kean, Jr. (R-Westfield) endorsed Bob Hugin for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate.

“Bob Hugin is a man of great character and accomplishment. His experience as a Marine veteran, self-made business leader and generous philanthropist more than qualify him to represent New Jersey in the United States Senate,” Kean said.  “His candidacy provides a beacon of hope for the people of this state who are tired of a sending a Senator with a shameful void in ethical standards to Washington. Bob Hugin has my full, enthusiastic support in his campaign to unseat Bob Menendez.”

Kean was Menendez’s opponent in the 2006 U.S. Senate race.
