Kenneth Halstrom, a former Lakewood Board of Education and Planning Board member, died on February 3 at age 78. He was a longtime member of the Lakewood Republican Club.
Don Hutchinson passed away on February 1 at age 87. A public-school teacher in Triton Regional High School in Runnemede, he was recognized by Gov. Thomas Kean in 1986 as the New Jersey Teacher of the Year.
