Hudson County Republican Chairman Jose Arango has endorsed Bob Hugin for U.S. Senate.
Hugin said he was “proud and humbled to receive the formal support of the Hudson County Republican Party, and its Chairman Jose Arango. I was born and raised in Hudson County, which makes this endorsement even more special.
Arango is the chairman of the New Jersey Republican County Chairman’s association. He was one of four Republicans to win State Assembly seats from Hudson County in the 1985 Kean re-election landslide.
One of the three candidates for the Republican U.S. Senate nomination is from Hoboken: attorney Dana Wefer of Hoboken.
