Today is Phil Murphy’s 38th day in office. While there is a temptation to suggest that Murphy gets points just for enduring Andrew Cuomo on a conference call, but that would just be mean. The governor is in Washington today and tomorrow attending the National Governor’s Association meeting. Sheila Oliver is the acting governor and all is well.
