Today is Phil Murphy’s 3rd day in office. He did no harm – didn’t try the wrong security line or anything. Murphy spent it working behind the scenes, emerging tonight to attend an evening prayer service at the Mount Calvary Baptist Church with Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop. For the second day in a row, I’m unable to report if he wore shoes or All Birds.
