Gov. Phil Murphy today signed an executive order that will make it more difficult for him to squeeze much juice out of an orange.
Murphy tightened restrictions for himself and top members of his administration – cabinet and staff — on receiving gifts, upgrades or giveaways.
“This administration will have the back of every New Jersey resident and that begins with having a government they can trust,” Murphy said. “Our principles are strong and, today, we have taken the first step toward a fairer New Jersey.”
The order includes detailed personal financial disclosures and a code of conduct for the governor.
